Super Glue
Vital Fix Super Glue is newly formulated instant adhesive that bonds more surfaces and is faster, stronger and longer lasting than the ordinary Super Glue. It works well on porous and non-porous surfaces. Available in a 3gm single pack or a convenient 4 x 1gm blister pack. Vital Shellac Vital Shellac has good fuel resistance, flexible when dry, it is a hard setting slow drying liquid for gasket repairing and sealing, it can seal the metal gasket and threaded connections for light duty service. It is also suitable for felt, paper rubber and composition type gaskets, it remains flexible when dry and exhibits good fuel resistance while helping to improve reliability, save time and labour and can be easily cleaned up. Available in convenient 59ml plastic bottles. Vital Gum Vital gum is suitable for all exhaust systems and is heat and shock resistant, it is a thick non-slumping paste which cures by the evaporation of water and further cures with heat ensuring a perfect seal against all noxious fumes. It is also useful for kiln repairs and any industrial applications where a seal is required to withstand intense heat up to 300 degrees Celsius. Available in 150gm tubes. Vital weld Vital weld is easy to use and has excellent bonding with glass and metal and cures in minutes. Vital Weld is a two component bonding system specially formulated for rear view mirror application and other glass to metal bonding applications with less than 30 seconds curing time on smooth surfaces. Available in 1.2ml blister packs. Vitalsol Vitalsol is an all-purpose metal polish specially formulated to polish and protect metal surfaces (e.g. chrome,aluminium,stainless Steel,copper,brass etc) Vitalsol contains powerful yet gentle abrasive properties thus making it ideal for restoring the shine of heavily weathered and corroded surfaces and also contains a high quality wax that provides exceptional shine and leaves an invisible wax coating that is water repellent and protects fingerprints. Available in a 100gm tube. Threadlocker Medium strength V-Tech Threadlocker medium is a blue colour all purpose threadlocker formulated for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require normal disassembly with hand tools. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and locks nuts and bolts up to 20mm diameter to prevent loosening due to vibration while sealing against leakage and corrosion. Available in 50ml plastic bottle. Threadlocker Permanent Strength Threadlocker permanent is a red colour all purpose permanent high strength threadlocker formulated for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require normal disassembly with hand tools. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and locks nuts and bolts up to 25mm diameter to prevent loosening due to heavy shock and vibration while sealing against leakage and corrosion. Available in 50ml plastic bottle. V-Tech advanced Gasket Makers V-Tech gasket makers RTV are the original gasket maker formulated for high temperature and heavy duty applications. It makes a reliable “formed-in-place” gasket that resists cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling, ideal to replace almost any cut gasket and can also be used to coat existing pre-cut gaskets for added strength. V-Tech Vital Grey RTV (Sensor Safe) Vital Grey RTV is specially designed for high torque applications that require a unique RTV gasket, It makes a reliable “formed-in-place” gasket that resists cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling, it is a low-odour non-corrosive product with excellent oil resistance. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket and can also be used to coat existing pre-cut gaskets for added strength. Temperature range, -62 degree Celsius to +330 degree Celsius Available in 85gm tube and 300gm cartridge. V-Tech Vital Copper RTV (Sensor Safe) Vital Copper RTV is specially designed for 4 cylinder, turbocharged or high performance engines that require a unique gasket, it is a low-odour non-corrosive product with excellent oil resistance. It is three times more oil resistant than conventional silicone gaskets and eight times more flexible than cut gaskets. Temperature range, -62 degrees Celsius to +370 degrees Celsius.
